YES. All financial information is secure with Google Checkout, Pay Pal and other forms of payments. We are the only ones receiving it and it will be filed for 5-7 years (for accounting and audit purposes), and then professionally shredded. Other employees do not have access to our files.

What are my payment options? We offer various payment methods. You can pay with a credit card securely through Google which is our preferred method, but you can also use Pay Pal if you prefer. We accept personal checks, cashier's checks and money orders. If using a personal check, money order or cashier's check, please email us notifying us of method you will be using. Items will be shipped once payment has cleared. Look at our Payment options to learn how and where to send payments. Payments are expected within 7-10 days before item goes back on window. Make sure to keep contact with us, so we can secure your item.

All items are ready to be shipped. Some delicate items such as porcelains are double boxed and shipping charges might be higher but it is only to secure your investment. After payment is received and cleared, items will be shipped within 2-3 working days, unless weekend. Please read our shipping policy and terms of sales.

We do not use drop shippers. All of our items are physically present and inspected by us in the warehouse. We describe items as accurate as possible. Some items I might have just one or more than one. Quantity is on the description of the item. You can also contact us to make a special request or to check on availability on certain items.

We will combine shipping for you only at your request. Please contact us to inform about items of interest and shipping information, and we will gladly respond with a fair quote. We firmly believe in good customer service and we appreciate customers who communicate their needs to us.

Some of our merchandise is new and it will be stated. Other merchandise is like new or slightly used. Full description of each item is provided. Please read carefully. We cannot guarantee if it has ever been exposed to smoking or pets. We would be lying if the item is not new and stated that it comes from a smoke/pet free environment. New items are in original packaging.
